Hey there, let me tell you about this thing, the spear shovel. It’s kinda like a shovel, but pointier, you know? I seen folks use it for all sorts of things. It’s right handy to have around, I tell ya.

Digging Holes and Stuff

This spear shovel, it’s good for digging. If you gotta plant something, or maybe dig a hole for something else, this’ll do the trick. Regular shovels is okay, but this spear shovel, it goes into the ground real easy. I seen it, you can make holes easy, and move the dirt around with this thing. It is good for digging stuff, this spear shovel is.

That pointy end, it just slices right through the dirt. And it is good for digging holes, yes, it can make holes. Then you want a hole, it’s got you covered. And them edges, they’re good for chopping at roots and stuff, if you run into any. You can even make the hole bigger, or make it a different shape, if you’ve a mind to.

Now, this spear shovel, it ain’t just for digging, no sir. You can use it to move things around, too. Dirt, gravel, sand, whatever you got. It can move snow, too! It’s like a regular shovel that way, only better, ’cause it’s pointy.

If that is true, then it is a good thing, I reckon. I have heard them talk about it. They say it is important to have one, if you are going to be out there where there are not any people. They say it can help you get by.

You might not think it, but using a shovel, even this spear shovel, can be good for you. I seen it, that moving around and digging, it is good exercise. It makes you strong, and it keeps you moving. You need that when you get older, you know.
