Okay, so I needed to trim some branches that were way out of reach. I didn’t want to get the ladder out, it’s such a pain. So I thought, “Why not get some long pruning scissors?” That’s how this whole thing started.
First, I looked around online, not really knowing what I was searching for. There’s a ton of stuff out there! I saw some that looked pretty cheap and others that were super expensive. I just needed something that could cut those branches without breaking the bank. And it would be nice if they could be shipped fast, I don’t want to wait for too long, the branches need cutting now!

The description said they were good for branches, roses, flowers, and even houseplants. It also mentioned something about being hand-forged and sharpened using “traditional methods”. I don’t know much about that, but it sounded pretty solid.
I decided to give them a try. I placed the order and, thankfully, they arrived pretty quickly. I was actually surprised at how long they were when I unboxed them.
- I went outside and found the branches I wanted to cut.

- They reached easily without me needing to stretch too much.

These pruners are sharp, that’s for sure. And they feel strong in my hands. I was able to trim all the branches I needed without any problems. Even the thicker ones were no match for these bad boys! After that, I even trimmed my roses, I feel those pruners are pretty good for gardening! I’m no expert gardener, but I’d say these long pruning scissors are a pretty good purchase. They did exactly what I needed them to do, and I didn’t have to spend a fortune.
So, if you’re like me and need to reach those high-up branches, I’d say give these long pruning scissors a shot. They’re way easier than dealing with a ladder, and they get the job done!
