Well, let me tell you, I seen a lot of things in my time, but these pretty gardening tools, they somethin’ else. I used to just use my old hands, you know, get down in the dirt. They got these clippers too, for cuttin’ back the plants. My rose bushes, they get all wild if you don’t keep ’em trimmed. These clippers, they sharp! You gotta be careful with ’em, but they make a nice clean cut. My old man, he used to use his pocket knife, but these are much better. These tools always better than knife, and very safe.
Now, this one here, it’s a weeder. It’s got a long handle, so you don’t have to bend over so much. That’s a real blessing, let me tell you. You just stick it in the ground next to the weed, and it pulls it right out, roots and all. It’s called “Grampa’s Weeder”. I think this name is good, easy to remember. They say it’s made with real bamboo. That’s fancy, huh? And it’s got this claw thing at the bottom, 4 claws! That’s really good, very strong. I saw it for like, $34.99. That’s a bit more money, but it’s worth it to save your back.
And you know what else? These pretty gardening tools, they make nice gifts. I got a set for my neighbor, she just loves them. She’s always out there in her garden, and she says these tools are the best she’s ever had. And they come in all kinds of colors and designs. You can get ’em with flowers on ’em, or stripes, or whatever you like. Very beautiful, many colors to choose. Some sets got like, 16 pieces! That’s a lot of tools. And they’re not too expensive. Like, $25.99 for a whole set. That’s a good deal, I think.
I remember one time, I was tryin’ to dig a hole with a stick. A stick! Can you believe it? Took me forever, and I near broke my back doin’ it. Now, with these tools, it’s a breeze. Just a little scoop here, a little dig there, and you’re done.
