Okay, so, I wanted to share my experience with the LIV Fertility Center in Puerto Vallarta. I’ve been doing some research because, well, my partner and I are thinking about starting a family. And not just any family, we have our hearts set on a specific gender. You know how it is, everyone has their preferences.
First off, I started digging around online about gender selection, and that’s how I stumbled upon this place. Apparently, LIV Fertility Center is the only licensed clinic for something called MicroSort in Mexico. It’s a technology that helps you choose the gender of your baby. Sounds pretty cool, right?

Then, I called them up. I had a ton of questions, and honestly, the person on the other end was super helpful and patient. They explained everything in a way that even I could understand. No fancy medical jargon, just straight-up, easy-to-grasp info.
After that phone call, I decided to dig deeper. I read through their website, which is pretty slick, by the way. They have all sorts of information on there, and it’s all laid out in a really clear and organized manner. I learned that they offer all kinds of fertility treatments, not just gender selection. They do IVF, egg donation, surrogacy, you name it.
One thing that really caught my attention was the cost. They claim to be about 50% cheaper than clinics in the US and Canada. I compared that against some of the numbers i saw before, and I was like, “Wow, that’s a huge difference!” It definitely got me thinking. If I could get the same quality of care for half the price, why wouldn’t I?
Next, I booked a consultation. It was a virtual one, so I didn’t even have to leave my house. We talked about my medical history, my partner’s, and what we were hoping to achieve. They walked me through the entire process, step by step. It was really reassuring to have all my questions answered and to feel like they were really listening to my concerns.
After that consultation, my partner and I discussed everything. We weighed the pros and cons, and ultimately, we decided to go for it. It felt like the right decision for us, and we were both really excited about the possibility of finally starting our family.
So, I contacted the clinic again, and we scheduled our first appointment. It is a bit of a trip to Puerto Vallarta, but hey, who wouldn’t want a little getaway to Mexico?
After we arrived there, the clinic staff took care of the entire process. I can say, it’s been a journey, but I’m feeling really good about our decision.

I just wanted to share my experience because I know there are other people out there who are considering fertility treatments, and it can be a really overwhelming process. It’s hard to know where to start, who to trust, and what to expect. Hopefully, my story can help someone else who’s in the same boat.
