Okay, here is my story about finding a fertility center in Rochester, NY.
So, me and the hubby have been trying to have a little one for a while now, and, well, it just wasn’t happening. We figured it was time to get some help, and since we live near Rochester, NY, that’s where we started looking. First, I did what everyone does – I got on the internet and started searching. I typed in “fertility center Rochester NY” and a whole bunch of stuff popped up.

I started digging through the results. One name that kept coming up was CNY Fertility Center. They seemed to have a lot of good reviews, but some folks said the wait times were long. Like, “waiting room for an hour each time” long. Yikes! But then, I saw some other reviews praising them, so I figured they were worth checking out.
- They are apparently the cheapest in New York and Colorado, with IVF cycles around $5,000, including ICSI and anesthesia. That’s a big deal because this stuff gets expensive!
- But, it sounds like they’re super busy, which could explain the wait times.
- One thing I noticed is that they offer a timed intercourse IUI or IVF treatment, I think I should ask them about this next time.
Here is my thoughts about CNY Fertility:
Another place I came across was called LIV Acupuncture. Now, I’m not sure how acupuncture works for fertility, but I saw some people talking about it online, and it seemed like this place had a good reputation, even if it wasn’t exactly a traditional fertility clinic. I gotta admit, I’m curious about it.
Then there’s Rochester Regional Health Fertility Care. I found their success rates and contact info online, but I didn’t dive too deep into them yet. I figure it’s good to have a few options, right?
Honestly, the whole process is a bit overwhelming. There are so many places to choose from, and it’s hard to know who to trust. I read a bunch of reviews for different clinics, and it seems like everyone has a different experience. Some people love a place, others have complaints. It’s tough to sort through it all.
I even found this one place, WNY Infertility and IVF Medical Associates, that’s apparently a “Buffalo IVF” place. I guess it’s not in Rochester, but close enough if we needed to check it out.
So, that’s where I’m at right now. I’ve got a few leads, but I definitely need to do more research. I’m thinking of calling up CNY Fertility and maybe LIV Acupuncture to get a feel for them. And of course, I’ll keep looking into Rochester Regional Health Fertility Care and any other places that pop up. Wish me luck, guys! This journey is definitely a rollercoaster, but I’m hopeful we’ll find the right place to help us start our family.
