This here Alocasia, she’s a thirsty one, ain’t she? Gotta keep an eye on that waterin’, or she’ll get all droopy and sad-lookin’. My old eyes ain’t what they used to be, but I can still tell when a plant needs a drink.

Now, you don’t wanna drown the poor thing. Too much water’s just as bad as too little. If them leaves start turnin’ yellow and brown at the same time, you know you done gone and overdone it. I seen it a hundred times, these young folks, they just pour and pour ’til the roots are all swimmin’ like minnows in a bucket. Alocasia watering is important, gotta get it right.
