Flowerpot Vape Guide: How to use it properly?

Alright, let me tell you about my little adventure with the flowerpot vape. It’s been a ride, let me tell ya!

It all started when I was looking for a new way to, uh, enjoy my herbs. I’d heard whispers about these “flowerpot vapes” and how amazing they were. So, I did some digging online, watched a bunch of videos, and finally decided to take the plunge.

First things first, I ordered the parts. It’s not like you just go to the store and buy a “flowerpot vape,” you gotta assemble this thing. I got the head unit (the part that actually heats the herb), the coil, the handle, and a stand. Plus, you need a good glass piece – I went with a simple bubbler.

The assembly was…interesting. There were no real instructions, just a bunch of pictures online. I spent a good hour fiddling with the coil, trying to get it to fit just right. Eventually, I figured it out (sort of). I plugged it into my PID controller (that’s the thing that controls the temperature), and crossed my fingers.

Now, the moment of truth. I packed a bowl, set the temperature to around 650 degrees Fahrenheit (that seemed to be the sweet spot according to the forums), and waited. The anticipation was killing me!

Once it was heated up, I placed the flowerpot head over the bowl and took a slow, steady draw. And…wow. The flavor was incredible! So much better than any other vape I’d tried. And the vapor production? Thick, milky clouds. I was blown away.

Of course, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. I had a few instances of combustion (burning the herb) when I set the temperature too high. And I definitely burned my fingers a couple of times messing with the hot parts. But hey, that’s part of the learning process, right?

After a few weeks of experimenting, I’ve really dialed it in. I know exactly what temperature to use for different strains, how to pack the bowl for optimal airflow, and how to avoid those pesky burns.

Here are a few tips I’ve learned along the way:

  • Start with a lower temperature and gradually increase it until you find your sweet spot.
  • Don’t overpack the bowl. You want good airflow.
  • Use a good quality grinder.
  • Be careful! Those parts get HOT!

All in all, the flowerpot vape has been a game-changer for me. It’s a bit of a project, but the results are worth it. If you’re looking for a top-of-the-line vaping experience, I highly recommend giving it a try. Just be prepared to do some tinkering!

Maintenance? Oh Boy…

Cleaning this thing is a whole other adventure. I usually let it cool completely, then use some isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs to clean the head unit and the bowl. Gotta be careful not to damage the coil. It’s a bit of a pain, but keeping it clean is crucial for optimal performance.
