How to properly use agrothrive fruit and flower organic liquid fertilizer for bigger and brighter blooms?

Okay, so I decided to give this AgroThrive Fruit and Flower liquid fertilizer a shot. Heard some good things, figured why not see for myself, you know? My tomatoes were looking a bit weak, and the peppers weren’t really doing much.

Getting Started

First thing, I grabbed the bottle. It’s dark stuff, smells kinda… earthy? Yeah, like rich dirt. Not bad, actually. Reminded me of compost.

The instructions seemed simple enough. Said something about mixing it with water. I got my trusty old watering can out. I think it was like, a couple of tablespoons per gallon of water? I just eyeballed it mostly, poured some in, filled the can with water from the hose, and gave it a little swirl. Looked like weak tea.

Putting it to Use

I decided to focus on the plants that really needed a boost. My potted tomato plants were the main target. Also hit the bell peppers growing in the raised bed. Had some flowering bushes looking a bit meh, so they got a drink too.

Here’s what I did:

  • Just watered the base of the plants like I normally would, but using the fertilizer mix instead of plain water.
  • Made sure to soak the soil pretty good, not just a quick splash.
  • Did this maybe once a week? Sometimes I forgot, maybe stretched it to ten days.

Watching and Waiting

Then came the waiting part. You don’t see magic happen overnight, right? So I just kept an eye on things. Checked the leaves, looked for new growth or flowers.

After about the second watering, I started noticing stuff. The tomato leaves definitely seemed a darker green. They looked healthier, perkier. Less yellowing on the bottom leaves too, which was nice.

The Results (So Far)

It’s been a few weeks now, maybe a month? The difference is pretty clear, especially on the tomatoes. More flowers started popping up, and the little green tomatoes that were already there seem to be sizing up faster than before. Seriously, they look happier.

The peppers also kicked into gear. Got more blossoms forming, and the plants themselves look sturdier. Even those flowering bushes I mentioned seem to have a few more blooms than usual.

So yeah, I just mixed it up and watered the plants. It wasn’t complicated. Seems like this AgroThrive stuff did give them a good kick. The plants look better, seem stronger, and are definitely producing more flowers and starting more fruit. Pretty happy with how it turned out. Gonna keep using it through the growing season and see how big these tomatoes actually get.
