Okay, so I’ve been wanting to add some more color to my garden, and I’ve always loved lavender. Plus, I saw these gorgeous pictures of lavender with white flowers – super unique! So, I decided to give it a shot.
Getting Started
First, I went to my local garden center. I talked to one of the staff, and they helped me pick out a few lavender plants that were supposed to have white flowers. I made sure to ask about how to care for them – you know, sunlight, watering, that kind of stuff. I was told they needed the sun, so that was my guide.

Planting Time
- I found a sunny spot in my garden that gets at least six hours of direct sunlight a day.
- Then I dug some holes, making sure they were big enough for the roots.
- I gently took the lavender plants out of their containers.
- I carefully placed them in the holes.
- I filled the holes back up with soil.
- Lastly, I watered them really well.
Waiting and Watching
Now came the hard part – waiting! I watered them regularly, making sure the soil stayed moist but not soggy. I checked on them every day, like a nervous parent. I even talked to them a little bit, hoping it would help.
The Results!
After a few weeks, I finally saw buds forming! And guess what? They started to open up, and… they were WHITE! I was so excited! All that waiting and worrying paid off. My garden now has these beautiful, unique lavender plants with delicate white flowers. They smell amazing, too! It’s pretty and also makes me feel happy.
