Okay, so I’ve been needing a new nightstand for, like, forever. My old one was this wobbly, chipped thing I got from a garage sale, and it was seriously cramping my style. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get something decent, and after looking around, I decided to check the “Better Homes & Gardens” collection I have been seeing.
First, I jumped online. I mean, where else do you start these days? I browsed through some furniture and home decor websites,Looking for some inspiration pictures first is always my routine.
Then, I started narrowing down my options. I knew I wanted something with at least one drawer, because I’m a hoarder of lip balms and random charging cables. And I definitely needed enough surface space for my lamp, my phone, and, let’s be real, probably a half-empty glass of water. Style-wise, I was leaning towards something simple and maybe with clean lines.
I went to physical store , finally, I decided to made a visit, I really wanted to check the quality and make sure about the size.
I took my tape measure out in the store like the crazy person I am. I needed to be 100% sure it would fit in that awkward little space next to my bed.
I found one that was the perfect size. It had a drawer, a decent amount of table space, and it was on sale. After checking everything,I decided to buy it.
Assembling it was a whole other adventure. I am no stranger to do some furniture assembling,and the instruction is clear. I managed to put it all together in under an hour. The key is to follow the instructions carefully!
Finally, I placed my brand-new nightstand next to my bed and stepped back to admire my handiwork. It was so much better.
