If it gets too cold, oh boy, that’s trouble. Below 40, that’s a no-go. It is too cold. I seen it happen, leaves get all droopy and sad lookin’. They just don’t like the cold, these white anthurium peace lily. You don’t want that, do ya? Keep ’em warm, that’s what I always say.

These plants, they ain’t like them tough old weeds out in the yard. They’re a bit delicate, need a bit more care. Temperature tolerance ain’t that wide with these ones. So, you gotta watch out. They need warm temperature.

  • Keep it warm: Like I said, 68 to 85 is good.
  • No cold drafts: Don’t put it near a drafty window.
  • Nighttime: It can be a little cooler at night, maybe 10 degrees less.
  • Sunlight: They like bright light, but not right in the sun. It will burn.

If you keep it too cold, you might see some problems. Like I mentioned, the leaves might droop. They can also get kinda brown on the edges. And it might not flower as much. We want them pretty white flowers, don’t we? The flowers make people happy.

Now, they say these peace lilies can handle it up to 90 degrees, but I wouldn’t push it. Too hot ain’t good either. They might start wiltin’ and lookin’ all dried out. They don’t like that. It is too hot for them.

If you are comfortable, then that plant is probably happy. That is the best temperature range for peace lilies. It’s simple. If it is too cold for you, it is too cold for the plant. And if you are burning up, well, then it is too hot for the plant.

Another thing, don’t be puttin’ it right by a heater or an air conditioner. That’s just askin’ for trouble. Them things blow out hot and cold air, and it’ll confuse the poor plant. Just keep it in a nice, steady spot.

You want your peace lily care to be good, right? Well, minding the temperature is a big part of it. You do that, and your plant will be happy. You will get the pretty white flowers. That is what we want.

I remember one time, I had a neighbor, bless her heart, she kept her peace lily in the shed all winter. Well, you can guess what happened. That poor thing didn’t stand a chance. Froze right up. She was so upset. I told her to keep it warm next time.

So, the bottom line is, these white anthurium peace lily temperature tolerance ain’t very high for cold. They like it warm, like us folks. If you take care of them, they will take care of you. They will look pretty in your house.

Just remember what I told ya. Keep it warm, but not too hot. No cold drafts. Give it some light, but not too much. And water it when the soil feels dry. You do all that, and you’ll have a happy, healthy peace lily. It will grow big and strong. Then you can tell all your friends about how good you are at growing these pretty plants. They’ll be so impressed!

It ain’t rocket science, just good old common sense. Treat it like you’d want to be treated. That is what my grandma used to say, and she was right. That goes for plants and people! So go on, give your peace lily some love, and it’ll love you right back. And if you don’t have one, go get yourself one! They’re real nice to have around. Just don’t forget what I said about the temperature! They need to be warm to be happy.
